Coach Cliff Owuor is lining up a formidable side whose sole aim will be to return the national team to the continental scene for the first time in 27 years. His performance and drive took him to the national team where Owuor has really transformed him into one of the country’s most lethal playmakers. Mutoro was born in Nairobi’s Umoja Estate on May 2, 1992 to the late Lazarus and Rose Mutoro.
