We, instead, want to be mentally fulfilled AND financially free without having to work 40+ years for it. Now, despite the differences from generation to generation, we all want to be financially free at some point in life. In addition to finding companies that offer a great match option for our retirement plans, millennials need to look for establishments that offer stock options as well. To become happy and financially free, millennials will have to venture out and develop multiple streams of income. When investing in individual stocks, millennials should invest in growth stocks that are geared to grow in value over time, or we can invest in dividend-paying stocks.
