Manchester United’s January approach for Jack Grealish was rebuffed by Aston Villa because they believe that staying in the Premier League is more important than the large lump-sum they would receive for selling their star midfielder. Grealish is reportedly going to cost potential buyers in the region of £60m when he eventually leaves Villa. This season he’s scored seven goals and registered five assists for his boyhood club, but Villa are languishing just above the relegation places.
