Embattled Jubilee secretary general Jeremiah Kioni now says that the President William Ruto-led Kenya Kwanza administration is a dysfunctional unit. According to Kioni, the administration is distracted by issues that don't benefit Kenyans at all. "Kenya Kwanza is a dysfunctional unit. It's the same reason you saw William Ruto with his cabinet telling the whole world that you are late. His remarks come a few days after President Ruto and his deputy called out CS for being late for meetings and some having little knowledge of the departments they lead.
