Kaunda suit which is a type of dressing has been trending since Friday noon. This is after President William Ruto stepped out dressed in a brown Kaunda suit as he attended an event at Kasarani in Nairobi. The Kaunda suits feature a single-breasted design, three buttons, narrow lapels, short sleeves, and patch pockets on the front of a safari jacket, paired with matching pants. President Ruto wore a Kaunda suit for the first time on June 11, 2023, during a State visit to Djibouti. However, he proved that it was not a one-time fashion statement, as he pulled off different Kaunda suits up to date.
