Former Vice President Joe Biden’s denial Friday of a sexual-assault allegation against him by a former Senate aide has renewed questions about access to documents from his Senate career that are stored at his alma mater, the University of Delaware. The university’s library since 2012 has had records from Mr. Biden’s 36 years in the Senate, but the documents haven't been made public.
