The track, which is a big fan favourite, also famously references a scarf that Taylor left at Jake's sister Maggie's home. Taylor is now in a relationship with actor Joe Alwyn, who she's been dating since 2017, while Jake has been seeing model Jeanne Cadieu for almost two years.
