Dear Liz,I’m a process improvement specialist who has worked in manufacturing, professional services and most recently, healthcare delivery. I’m job-hunting now and I’m amazed at how opaque and unhelpful most job ads are. To make it worse, most job ads don’t include any information about the salary range for the job. If they told us the salary range, we could skip the ads for jobs that don’t work pay-wise and focus on the jobs that match our salary requirements. Why don’t employers include the salary range in their job ads?
