When I came back to work I noticed huge changes in the culture compared to when I left. I was honest about the huge negative shift in the culture over the past year. "The rest of us are working so hard just to keep up, honestly it's hard to notice the culture shift." The entire rest of the team is well aware of the culture problem. That's bad but not catastrophic for the company.
