The survey is called "Why They Quit You" and it set out to see why Americans are leaving their jobs and what is attracting them to new organizations. Relocation is a bit rarer, cited by 11% of workers while only 2% are seeking a change in job for more flexibility. The opportunity to do more meaningful work came first on the list with 27%. With unemployment low and the economy strong, worker confidence is rising which has resulted in more risk-taking according to PayScale. In February alone, 2.86 million Americans quit their jobs.
