Rumors are swirling that Amazon will buy Target or another large retailer like Kohl’s or Walmart, and the move makes complete sense. Amazon could benefit from buying Target for three main reasons:1. Grocery business. Target has seen huge success in its private label brands including brands like Mossimo and Cat and Jack. Although an Amazon purchase of Target would undoubtedly be incredibly expensive, it would be well worth it for Amazon to expand its reach.
