Stillman, who bought control of the team for $180 million in 2012, isn’t a rich owner. The Blues are also close to signing a new television deal with Fox Sports Midwest. But much of that increase came via the league’s national television deal with Rogers Communications that was inked after Stillman bought the Blues.
