Who's blowing up Twitter and who's blowing it big time? Advertisers were able to drive a massive number of views and an increase in the amount of social actions (likes, shares, comments, votes etc). That's probably why YouTube views are down a bit relative to last year. Total social actions this year are way up at 2.5 million compared to 1.33 million last year.
