Aaron Wan-Bissaka arrives in a £50million deal and has signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford, with the option for a further year. He becomes Manchester United’s most expensive defender of all-time and fifth most expensive player overall. It follows on from the signing of Daniel James earlier this month for a fee of £15m. Both deals signal a shift in transfer policy at Old Trafford with the targeting of younger players whom Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can develop.
