Nineteen-year-old Nikolas Cruz has been suspected of gunning down at least 17 people on Valentine’s Day afternoon at a high school in the US’ Florida. According to CNN, Cruz is a former student of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School where the attack took place. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel confirmed the matter. Law enforcement sources believe the suspect sought a higher death toll that is why he pulled the school’s fire alarm to draw people out. Israel confirmed, Cruz has been taken into custody without incident in nearby Coral Springs and investigators are currently talking to him.
