Fransen, 31, lives in southeast London, and has been convicted of a hate crime for harassing a Muslim woman, and has recently been charged with religiously aggravated harassment. In September, Fransen was charged with four counts of causing religiously aggravated harassment, which relate to the distribution of pamphlets and videos during a rape trial of three Muslim men and a youth.
