WASHINGTON—The White House pledged to give daily updates on President Trump’s health condition after he tested positive for coronavirus, committing to a level of transparency that hasn’t always been provided during his time in office. The White House on Friday outlined treatment Mr. Trump was undergoing, including an experimental antibody cocktail. “As of this afternoon the president remains fatigued but in good spirits,” read a memo from Sean Conley, the president’s physician. White House spokesman Judd Deere said there would be daily updates. But he declined to provide some specifics and didn’t give a clear indication whether Mr. Trump was ever given supplemental oxygen.
