Former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker has agreed to meet a second time with House lawmakers to clarify public testimony he gave earlier this month, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee said. Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D., N.Y.) tweeted on Tuesday that Mr. Whitaker will return before the committee to answer more questions nearly three weeks after he traded barbs with Democrats and avoided answering several lines of questioning during a contentious public hearing.
