A total 493,092 registered voters in Khulna City Corporation will be taking part in the high-voltage election on TuesdayTalukdar Abdul Khalek, the Awami League candidate for the Khulna city mayor, will be voting in the polling station in Pioneer Girls’ School. Shafiqur Rahman Mushfique, the Jatiya Party candidate, will vote at Khulna Alia Madrasa. Maulana Mujammil Haque, the candidate for Islami Andolon Bangladesh, will vote at Reverend Paul’s High School. There are a total 493,092 registered voters in Khulna City Corporation. Two of the stations will use the new Electronic Voting Machines.
