One day during a check-up, a dental nurse saw my notes and announced she was actually Elizabeth Taylor. I asked her how people reacted, she said they just asked ‘how’s Richard?’ People are so original. When a toastmaster at a posh reception announced the arrival of Mr and Mrs Richard Burton, 50 heads turned.
