The latest in a series of storms battering Southern California is expected to finally move out on Monday. One of the hardest-hit areas was the small community of Matilija Canyon in Ventura County, from which officials airlifted residents. It will rain through Tuesday in some parts of the region, including inland and mountainous areas. Forecast for LA CountyMonday: Partly cloudy with a 40% chance of rain in the morning. Morning rain more likely in valley areas.
