The original second debate was due to be a town hall - and now both Biden and Trump will hold separate town halls at the same time. Joe Biden's town hall will take place at 8pm ET - that's 1am UK time - on Thursday night, and will be broadcast on the ABC network. Both town halls will be streamed live on the networks' respective YouTube pages - NBC's Trump event can be viewed here, while ABC's Biden event will be livestreamed here.
