The end-of-year, seven-day musical extravaganza, Greater Lagos 2020, organised by the Lagos State government may have ended but there are still a lot of unanswered questions in the minds of fans. Lagos started having end-of-year parties across the state in 2007 during the tenure of former Governor Babatunde Fashola.
