A TOTAL of RM60,000 worth of prizes were given out to 75 lucky winners who paid their assessment fees to Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) this year. The winners were selected for a lucky draw held at the council headquarters in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam. The luckiest was 59-year-old housewife Sofiah Saad from Taman Desa Jawi, who won the grand prize of a mountain bike.
