I have to plead ignorance as to whether Military Construction is a part of the Defense Department or a separate department. Then there was this article:www.govexec.com/...“Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Energy, Veterans Affairs and Agriculture and would run through Jan. 19”With the rest of the budget coming due on Feb 2nd. Not totally, but instead of “military construction” there is Agriculture. But then we have till Feb 2nd to work all that out, and who knows what will happen.
