Our new manager "Beth" doesn't care about our work at all and barely communicates with us. Beth likes Jeannie because Jeannie worked in Beth's department years ago before a reorganization put her in the same department with me -- the one that was eliminated in December. She doesn't know what I do and doesn't care. She criticizes me for things she thinks I should have done but have nothing to do with my job description. Should I quit without having a new job to go to, or wait until Beth fires me?
