His club Everton are investigating a video which allegedly shows the goalkeeper at the centre of a fight in Sunderland. An Everton statement said: "The club has been made aware of an alleged incident involving one of our players and we are looking into the matter." And inews has claimed that Pickford was provoked into violent scenes after his antagonisers levelled their abuse at his fiancee Megan Davison. Northumbria Police are also investigating the incident involving the Three Lions goalkeeper. In the video, onlookers can be heard shouting "Jordan" as a fight breaks out before the man, believed to be Pickford, is dragged away.
