What kind of property can you rent across the UK for £1,000? - News Summed Up

What kind of property can you rent across the UK for £1,000?

The average UK rent currently stands at £934, but what you get for that money varies enormously from region to region. New research has combed through lettings' listings on property website Rightmove and looked at what kind of property you can rent for £1,000 or less across the UK. If in London you just get a studio for £975 per calendar month, in Newcastle you could rent a four-bed terraced house for just £25 more. In Cambridge, you could get a bit more space than in the capital - £950 per month gets you a one-bedroom terraced house. And there are quite a few cities - mostly in the North but not only - where you can rent a two-bedroom apartment for £1,000 or less.
