(Marina Militare/AFP)A crowded boat carrying migrants headed for a new life in Europe capsized off the coast of Libya Wednesday. U.N. refugee officials said that as many as 500 migrants had died in one incident in April. At least seven migrants drowned after the vessel overturned, the Italian Navy said. The Italian Navy was on hand and said it was able to rescue about 500 people from the sea.
