This attitude is reassuring, as, according to Blue Prism, 88% of business leaders see RPA as a solution to global productivity problems. He told me that he expects enterprise customers will start demanding more from RPA companies, moving beyond a simple POC to expect a full implementation roadmap from vendors. As adoption increases, prices will also drop as customers look to get more for their money and expertise within organizations becomes more widespread. As more companies adopt RPA, the question of whether employers would want to replace humans at all comes into focus.
