I am a peace loving resident of Mombasa but what happened on Friday left a bitter taste in my mouth. Have the county revenue targets failed. I support the county in all aspects, but coming to my parking yard and towing my tuktuk is a shock and an understatement. I pleaded with them on phone but they turned me down saying that they had clamped it and they were taking it away. Where did I go wrong by buying a tuktuk?
