The video is from a CCTV camera at an under-construction site adjoining Siddhi Sai, which collapsed after alleged alterations on the ground floor. The camera is focused on the road outside the collapsed building and the footage does not capture the building crashing down, but it does show people running out, possibly after the building started to shake. A huge cloud of dust after the collapse blocks the camera for several seconds, after which people are seen running away from the building. Shitap was arrested the day the building collapsed.
