It’s not often that the rasogolla is spoken of in these terms: “Banglar rasogolla (all 3 samples sent) are found to have less hardness compared to that of the rasogolla of other states. That signifies better softness.The cohesiveness is also more in Banglar rasogolla that signifies smooth characteristics.
