Lo Celso is currently on international duty with Argentina and is preparing to face Paraguay in their Copa America clash on Thursday. Lo Celso has an £88m release clause in his contract but Betis are prepared to accept offers below that amount. The Champions League runners-up are also hoping that current Betis fitness coach Marcos Alvarez will help persuade Lo Celso to make the switch to the Premier League. Alvarez worked under Juande Ramos at White Hart Lane between 2007 and 2008 and has supposedly recommended the move "There's nothing new about Tottenham," Lo Celso said in a recent interview with Radio La Red.
