Forty-six years later, more and more occupational minorities are breaking through the glass ceiling. Along with her colleague Alison Cook, Glass has studied the glass cliff in corporate settings and collegiate sports for decades. University of Exeter psychology professors Michelle Ryan and Alex Haslam came up with the term “glass cliff”.
