HR was already a field fraught with challenges even before the pandemic: in 2019 alone, over half of HR leaders reported struggling with ensuring employees had the necessary skills to compete in an increasingly digitized workplace. The good news is that there are a ton of things HR leaders can do to ease the transition into the new normal. Moving forward, HR leaders can help stave off negative feelings by reminding employees why their work matters and what the company stands for. Learn from other HR leadersAlthough the advent of Covid-19 has certainly affected different industries in different ways, that doesn’t mean HR leaders from different companies can’t learn from each other.
