The Dodgers need a second baseman. He's hitting .219/.333/.321/.655. You don't have to draw a conclusion about the trade one way or the other, necessarily, but it is enough of a sample size to assess the production. There's value there, and the Dodgers would do well with any of the aforementioned second baseman in the fold. But the Dodgers have the chips -- say, for the sake of argument; Mitchell White, Caleb Ferguson and Jeren Kendall -- and they need a big left-hand bat.
