And Cuba will take a long time to attract a comparable level of multinational investment, or to develop its tourist facilities to a comparable level of sophistication. I think that’s being much, much, too pessimistic. Then Albania went pure free market. Please do note that I do not think that pure free markets are the entire solution to everything.
