Daniel Henninger addresses the removal of the Redskins and perhaps other team names and mascots in a humorous, satirical way in “Oh Yes, Ban the Redskins” (Wonder Land, July 16). But there needs to be a (civil) discussion about the team name-change process. If I were to lose a relative to a shark attack, I would certainly be offended by the San Jose Sharks’ name, logo and mascot. So does one offended person matter? Or does it take 10%, 20% or a majority of the fans to make a change?
