Whanganui Police say several local schools are affected by an inappropriate "game" circulating on social media. "Please also speak to them about the inappropriateness of many social media posts. "We will have Life Education on site this year to provide education around social media. "Police are aware of this social media trend at several Whanganui schools, and are concerned that it encourages young people to assault their peers," Yorston said. "Regularly there's a fad that sweeps through social media and some of them are just downright dangerous.
