Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetang'ula has said he is not aware of any talks between Cord and Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi. Responding to reports that Cord leader Raila Odinga and Mr Mudavadi were in talks to forge an alliance ahead of the elections next year, Mr Wetang’ula said Cord has only three co-principals. He (Mudavadi) is not a member of Cord and we will not drag him into Cord,” Mr Wetang'ula said when he paid a courtesy call on Vihiga Governor Moses Akaranga on Friday. Mr Mudavadi and Mr Wetang’ula are the leading presidential contenders in the western region. Mr Wetang'ula has been asking the ANC leader to back his presidential bid.
