Westmeath landscape gardener among the winners at BloomA Westmeath landscape gardener is among the medal winners at this year's Bord Bia Bloom festival, which comes to an end on Monday. As the name suggests, the award winning garden was inspired by Disney's classic animation film of the same name. Tom has worked on a number of Bloom gardens in the past, but this year's entry was the first that he co-designed. “You get a bit more glory when you are in the design end,” Tom told the Westmeath Examiner.
