Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at around 4pm to reports of a man fallen from a height and a woman injured at the shopping centre. A spokesman from the London Ambulance Service confirmed: “We were called at 3.59pm today to Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford to reports of an incident. An anonymous witness at the scene told Essex Live: "I was walking through the shopping centre to get to the station when I saw the barriers. (Image: @Moliblog/Twitter)"It didn’t look good at the scene, the ambulance crew weren't in a rush, which is never a good sign." A spokesman from the Metropolitan Police added: "Police were called at approximately 4pm today to reports of a man fallen from a height and a woman injured at Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford.
