Biles also won best female Olympic athlete. Aaron Rodgers won best NFL player and shared best play with then-Green Bay Packers teammate Jared Cook. Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels won best MLB player, while Crosby won best NHL player. The NBA champion Golden State Warriors earned best team honors, while Warriors newcomer Kevin Durant received the championship performance trophy.
