While Liverpool, under new manager Matt Beard, have expressed an interest, their status as a second division side is likely to sway Toland towards the Hammers. The Londoners finished ninth in the English Super League and, should Toland’s deal be completed, she will join fellow Ireland international Leanne Kiernan in Ollie Harder’s squad. West Ham are also interested in recruiting Toland’s 16-year-old sister, the Northern Ireland U-19 international Cate.
