ASHEVILLE - All eyes are on a West Asheville Filipinx restaurant that’s earned yet another national accolade. On Sept. 19, the third annual New York Times Restaurant List was released with Neng Jr.’s making the top 50 dining venues. Last summer, Neng Jr.’s opened at 701 Haywood Road with chef/co-owner Silver Iocovozzi at the helm combining traditional Filipino cuisine with Southern influences.
