Traffic is backing up along State Highway 1, as commuters find the main route into the city obstructed by a vehicle too tall to make through the Terrace Tunnel. An over-height vehicle which closed the southbound lane of Wellington's Terrace Tunnel for just over half an hour has been cleared.
