An assault at Wellington College earlier this month has ended up in court. A Wellington College student is facing a serious assault charge after a student was left with a broken jaw and concussion after an incident at the school. It is the second violent beating involving a Wellington College student in a matter of months. A Wellington College spokeswoman confirmed the incident took place at the school and said it was supporting the victim and their family. In April, a Wellington College student was involved in an assault in Karori, which was filmed and posted online.
