LUCENA CITY — The town of Candelaria in Quezon province is preparing the red carpet for local lass, Ma. Ahtisa Manalo, who bagged the Binibining Pilipinas International 2018 title. “We will welcome her with all the pomp and gaiety fit for a queen,” Mayor Macario Boongaling said. ADVERTISEMENTThe town council has also adopted a resolution hailing Manalo’s achievement, Boongaling said. She promised to do “whatever it takes” to bring home the Miss International crown.
