How those hikes are set to affect the economy will come into focus today as the European Commission publishes its latest economic forecast. On the data calendar, today the Central Statistics Office has new vehicles licensed in August and agricultural prices for July. The Central Bank has retail interest rates for July on Wednesday and second-quarter mortgage arrears data today.
